All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at ₹99)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics partner delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may attract a shipping charge at checkout.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order.
